Constitution for HeritageMinistry
1. Name
The name of the organisation shall be HeritageMinistry.
2. Vision
To support minority ethnic families and vulnerable individuals through food provision, welfare assistance, and community upliftment, inspired by Christian faith and compassion.
3. Mission
- To provide culturally appropriate food packages to families in need
- To give welfare and benefits guidance (from 2025)
- To support ethnic minority communities not adequately serviced by existing food banks
- To expand services to Nigeria by the 10th anniversary, by the grace of God
4. Core Values
Compassion, Faith, Dignity, Integrity, Community Service.
5. Activities
- Distribute non-perishable and culturally appropriate food items
- Provide Christmas food packages
- Offer benefits and welfare advice
- Organise community outreach and support programmes
- Collaborate with churches, charities, and community groups
6. Membership
Membership is open to individuals who support the aims and mission of HeritageMinistry.
7. Governance
- The ministry shall be managed by a Board/Team of Trustees or Leaders.
- Leaders shall ensure accountability, transparency, and proper stewardship of resources.
8. Finance
- Funds shall come from donations, grants, gifts, and fundraising activities.
- All funds shall be used solely to support the aims and activities of the ministry.
- The ministry shall maintain proper financial records.
9. Faith Statement
HeritageMinistry operates on Christian principles, acknowledging God as the source of its direction, strength, and provision.
10. Dissolution
If HeritageMinistry is dissolved, any remaining assets shall be transferred to another Christian charity with similar goals.
